Program Description

Event Details

The U.S. Census Bureau recently reported that a third of Americans show signs of clinical depression and anxiety. If you or a loved one are struggling, you are not alone. The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) DuPage will share information about the signs and symptoms of anxiety and depression, how to know the difference between normal feelings and a disorder, how and when to seek treatment and assistance, and how NAMI DuPage provides support, advocacy and education to people with mental illness and their families in our area. A NAMI representative will talk about all their programs followed by a personal story of living with anxiety and depression.

Registrants will receive a Zoom link via email. Participants must have a phone, tablet or laptop in order to participate. If you need any help, please email us at cstream@cslibrary.org or call (630)653-0755.
