Program Description

Event Details

Power yoga is a physical practice that joins breath to movement with more intensity and strength building while also giving you a chance to experience focus and moments of stillness. This introduction will take you through a sequence that introduces the shapes and strengthens and lengthens your entire body.  Please wear nonrestrictive clothing and no socks. A sticky yoga mat is recommended if available, to avoid slipping.
