This program requires acceptance of the following Waiver and Release of all Claims.

Practicing chair yoga can improve your body's flexibility, strength, and balance while encouraging a sense of ease and overall well-being. In this accessible class for all levels, we will explore a range of motion while seated or using the chair for standing support. Wear comfortable clothing.

Activities are designed for seniors, but all adults are welcome.
