Program Description

Event Details

Carol Stream Public Library is in the process of reviewing our services as they relate to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Our partner in this review is a company called Perspectives. Representatives from Perspectives will be hosting two sessions where they will ask a series of questions designed to bring to light critical insights on how we can provide the best possible service to everyone in our community.

All Carol Stream residents aged 18+ are invited to register for a focus group session. It is our hope that participants in these focus groups reflect the diversity of the Carol Stream community (for example, race, gender, sexuality, class, disability, religion, etc.) These sessions will be conducted virtually over Zoom. The meeting will last approximately two hours. Because your insights are critical to us and your time is valuable, participants will receive a $10 Amazon e-gift card.

A second session will be held on Tuesday, May 18 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Click here to register for that session. Please register for only one session.
