Program Description

Event Details

Take a break from your Saturday chores and errands to take care of yourself. This gently flowing yoga class will leave you feeling stretched, relaxed, and refreshed! Please wear nonrestrictive clothing and no socks. If you have one, a sticky yoga mat is recommended to avoid slipping.
